ggLobby is a place to build your Valorant identity and find people to play with. These guidelines keep it that way. They apply everywhere on the platform — passports, discussions, direct messages, Squad Finder posts and clips.
The short version
Treat other players the way you’d want a new teammate to treat you. Bring the energy of a good lobby, not a toxic one. If something here is broken, use the tools below — don’t take it into your own hands.
What’s not allowed
- Harassment, threats or bullying.Targeting, intimidating or repeatedly contacting someone who doesn’t want it. This includes brigading and coordinated pile-ons.
- Hate speech. Attacks or slurs based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or serious disease.
- Impersonation. Pretending to be another player, a pro, a ggLobby staff member, or Riot Games. Verification badges are earned, never faked.
- Spam and scams. Unsolicited advertising, repetitive posting, phishing, account-boosting services, or links to malware.
- Cheating and its promotion. Advertising, selling or sharing cheats, hacks, or boosting — on the platform or off it.
- Sexual, violent or illegal content. Sexual content involving minors is never tolerated and is reported to the authorities. No graphic violence, no illegal goods.
- Sharing private information.Posting someone’s personal details — real name, address, workplace, Riot login — without consent (“doxxing”).
Keep it honest
Friendships on ggLobbyare built on real games — you can only add players you’ve actually shared a match with. Don’t try to game that, farm fake endorsements, or misrepresent your rank. The trust in the network is the product.
Tools you have
- Mute— quietly stop seeing a player’s content in your feeds. They aren’t told, and nothing else changes.
- Block— remove a player from your experience entirely. You disappear from each other’s discovery, friends, messages and posts, both ways.
- Report— send a confidential report to our moderation team when someone breaks these rules. Every report is read. Reports are found in the safety menu on any player’s passport.
How we enforce
Depending on severity and history, we may warn an account, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or permanently ban the account. Serious cases — credible threats, child safety — are escalated immediately and may be referred to law enforcement. We aim to be fair and consistent, and we read context, not just keywords.
