Who we are

ggLobby (“we”, “us”) is operated by Anuj Kumar (trading as Zentrix Studio). This policy covers the ggLobby website and its features. For any privacy question, contact support@gglobby.in.

What we collect

• Account information you give us when you sign in — for example your name, email and avatar from a Google or Discord login.
• Profile information you choose to add: rank, roles, agents, region, server, languages and availability.
• Riot account data only from your ownaccount, and only if you link it via Riot Sign-On. We never scrape or look up other players' Riot data.
• Usage & device data such as pages viewed, approximate region, browser and device type, collected to keep the service working and to improve it.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see below.

How we use it

• To provide your Passport, discovery and Squad Finder features.
• To keep ggLobby secure, prevent abuse and debug problems.
• To understand what's useful and improve the product.
• To show advertising that helps fund the service (see below).

Cookies and advertising

We use essential cookies to run the site (for example, to keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice). With your consent we also use advertising cookies.

We use Google AdSenseto display ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to ggLobby and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices. You can change your cookie choice on ggLobby at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; declining keeps advertising cookies off.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run ggLobby (such as hosting, authentication and advertising partners like Google), and where required by law.

Your choices and rights

• Delete your account and its data at any time from your account settings — this reconciles with our Terms, which grant the same right. You can also correct your data there, or contact us for help.
• Withdraw advertising-cookie consent at any time via the footer link.
• Disconnect a linked Google, Discord or Riot account.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or India's data-protection framework. Email support@gglobby.in to exercise them.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period.

Children

ggLobby is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from them.

International transfers

ggLobby is a global service, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as ggLobby grows. We'll change the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the product.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
